"I like that Bell & Company is family friendly, they don't just look at an employee as a revenue source, they look at them as a person. "

"I came to work at Bell & Company straight out of college... When I interviewed, the main thing that stood out to me about Bell was how "family-oriented" they were and their open door policy... With the help of my co-workers, ranging from people at the same level as me, all the way up to partners of the firm, I was able to grow my knowledge of accounting, software, and procedures. Now to fast forward, I have been with the firm for over three years and I could not imagine being anywhere else. My coworkers and this firm have truly become my family."
Victoria Owen, Accountant

"What I like most about working here at Bell & Company is they truly do care about the well-being of their employees. We have a well-equipped gym to keep us physically fit & a Fitness Trainer, Dr Fit. They provide us with healthy snacks as well as some sweet temptations. We have company sponsored events like Board & Brush, Harvest & Graze Charcuterie and we have bonded together with Bunko and Paint Ball events... We work hard and we are well rewarded for our efforts. A great place to work!"
Dee Bailey, Bookkeeper
-
"I joined Bell for the opportunity and stayed because of the people!"

I came for a small local firm – one location with 2 partners – and I was concerned about work load and hour expectation of a mid-size, multi-location firm. I have been pleasantly surprised. At Bell and Company, regardless of location, we are all one team. We all share the workload, and that really helps with stress levels and a work-life balance. The expected hours, even during busy season, are very reasonable. It is nice to work in such a team-oriented environment. Bell and Company is also very good at seeing the employees as people and not just another body to get work done. From the staff-appreciation days, games, parties, lunches, and just down to everyone knowing your name and greeting you with a smile and friendly “Hello,’ Bell and Company works hard to make their employees feel valued. Overall, Bell and Company is a great firm to work for as an experienced accountant. You have all the perks of security, pay, and benefits of the mid-size firm, but you still get the personal touches that make you feel valued
